"With this being my first introduction to yoga I have been overwhelmed with the amazing results in my overall well-being to include body mind & soul.
Unlike most other fitness regimes which I have been keen to do in the past, right now, Vinyasa Flow Yoga is perfect after spending the last 20 years living with multiple health conditions which hamper maintaining fitness.
On a huge positive note, Yoga with Mary Ann has yet again transformed my life and fitness after six months of treatment along with surgery for a hammer-blow diagnosis Sept 2019. "I was slightly apprehensive about booking an online yoga class. The questions running around in my mind were: as a newcomer to yoga would it be as good as attending a class in person; would i be able to keep up with the class; would other people be able to see me during the class and also would it be straightforward to book and log into the session?
I need not have worried – several sessions later I am loving my online yoga!
The advantages are: I dont need to travel. All I need is my laptop and an internet connection. The booking process is straightforward – no contract, book a slot that suits you and there is also the option of block booking sessions at a reduced cost. The other class participants do not see you. An additional benefit is that if you have booked your slot and miss it, Mary Ann will email you the link to the class so you can do it at your leisure.
I have complete confidence in Mary Ann - she is a fully qualified registered yoga instructor.
There are sessions to suit the beginner as well as those experienced in yoga. Throughout the sessions Mary Ann demonstrates modifications for the yoga poses so there is no issue in relation to your level of experience/ability.
Mary Ann is very skilled at passing on her extensive yoga knowledge and with themed sessions, her experience and enthusiasm, she ensures that you are gaining knowledge in all aspects of yoga – the sessions are highly enjoyable. More importantly however, it has benefited me greatly in terms of my health – both physical and mental well being.
I can absolutely recommend online yoga sessions with Mary Ann – you will not be disappointed. "

"Every yoga class with Mary Ann is of benefit for your body and calms the mind.
I attended weekly classes with Mary Ann.
Once lockdown took place I started her online classes which were just what i needed during this stressful time.
The online classes are just as beneficial as they are in person.
And on the plus side you are in the comfort of your own home. Many people i know worry about trying yoga in front of other people so being in your home means there is not this worry.
Mary Ann takes her time and talks you through everything and you only do what you can manage and suits your body.
After every class my body and mind feels lighter and I always sleep so well.
You can also use the practices you learn in every day life to help get you through these difficult times.

"Mary Ann’s Yoga class makes me feel calm, relaxed and re balanced.
I’ve suffered from anxiety and stress and now with doing the class ever week I feel stronger and more in control and yoga will now be a way of life for me.

I really enjoyed the Yoga Breakfast event - the setting and tranquil, safe and energising atmosphere were very powerful
The yoga session was excellent - very well paced and you had clearly gone to a lot of trouble to prepare so the flow of the session was smooth and easy to follow
The granola was a winner and the fruit was ripe and flavoursome - not always easy to achieve! Loved my wee teapot.
I can only think of one improvement which is down to me - I'll bring a blanket next time!!
